Welcome to the California Children's Services (CCS) Provider Electronic Data Interchange Portal The Provider Electronic Data Interchange (PEDI) is a web-based tool that enables approved CCS and GHPP service providers and Medi-Cal Managed Care Plans to electronically access the status of Requests for Services/Authorizations. Providers and Plans have access to view select client eligibility data and view/print service authorizations, denial letters and Notices of Action. In addition, for providers which are approved as a Trading Partner, have the ability to submit electronic Service Authorization Requests (eSARs) and supporting attachments to the CCS or GHPP Programs through PEDI.

Register Organization

Requirements to create a PEDI account for your Organization:
  • You must check the PEDI Liaison List located in the SUPPORT Section or contact the CMS Net Help desk to verify if an account already exists for your organization.
  • Review the Provider Electronic Data Interchange (PEDI) Register Your Organization user manual.
  • Complete and Submit the PEDI application by clicking on Register button for approval to the CMS Net Help Desk after reviewing the user manual.
